Stayed for 2 nights in this well-maintained place, truly enjoyed that. The room of the hotel was fully-equipped and beautifully decorated with coffee making facilities, an equally big bed, for instance. The staff were top-class and responsive people on reception desk, and the location was quiet.

The place was luxurious and had genuinely helpful and attentive staff on reception desk who gave very useful directions to access the A8 road for onward journey to Bilbao Ferry Port, liked the stay. I stayed here before, always tastefully decorated and a nice size rooms with the widest bed ever. The location of this hotel just off the Feve train station going to Santander, Bilbao and the early ferry and the ferry port was quiet and decent. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Appreciated the place, had a pleasant stay for rugby wonderful weekend. The breakfast we ordered was hot and rich with hot water for tea provided in kettles and great view. The location of the hotel was ideal - at a moderate distance from a gothic-revival Catholic cathedral. It also was minute walk from a museum and a cathedral.

Enjoyed our stay. Our room was silent and complete with a very nice breakfast, a shower, a bidet. The staff were pleasant and incredibly kind and food was freshly made. The hotel had a very central position not far from tram platform-buses, and center.
